I’m Brian Lloyd Duckett (‘Dux’ to my friends), a documentary and street photographer and founder of the StreetSnappers street photography hub. I’m also an educator, author and podcaster and I specialise in running documentary and street photography workshops in Venice.

VENICE PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOPS
I run documentary and street photography in Venice. Nowhere else, just Venice. I’m a specialist.
Group workshops take place from October to March and I can organise one-to-one workshops from between 2 and 5 days throughout the year. The aim is not to produce the predictable ‘picture postcard’ images of Venice but to dig deep into the soul of the city, visiting the locations where the locals live, work and play and producing meaningful images which pack a punch and tell a story.
ONE-TO-ONE WORKSHOPS
Spend between two and five days with a professional street and documentary photographer and Venice expert. The agenda is yours and we will spend time before the workshop agreeing a clearly defined itinerary for our time together. Your workshop can take place at any time during the year, subject to mutual availability. Come on your own or share the cost with a partner, friend or small group (maximum 6 people).
