STREET PHOTOGRAPHY CRITIQUE - JANUARY 2020

If you have attended one of my workshops you’ll have been invited to join the Street Photography Club – a great alumni network of talented street photographers from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. This is a vibrant community of street photographers where we discuss projects, techniques, locations, books and, of course, each others’ images in the form of constructive critique.

Each month I set club members a challenge and they are invited to shoot images on a theme; from those entries, I select 5-6 images which I consider would benefit from some constructive critique – and I then make a YouTube video in which each winning image is critiqued in a live session. Last month that theme was ‘repetition’ (a really useful visual device in street photography) and you can watch the latest video here.
